In every dish we cherish, there’s a story waiting to be told. This idea is at the heart of Memory Bites with Matt Moran, an exciting new series produced in collaboration with Big Owl Pictures, premiering 10 March 2025 to SBS Food and SBS On-Demand.

At its core, Memory Bites is a deep dive into the personal histories of well-known Australians, uncovering the moments, people, and places that have shaped them - all through the meals that hold a special place in their hearts. Hosted by the renowned chef and restaurateur Matt Moran, the series invites guests on a culinary journey into their past, where flavours and fragrances spark memories that are intimate, moving, and often delightfully unexpected.

The Memory Box: A Window to the Past

One of the most compelling elements of Memory Bites is the Memory Box.
