She founded Little Learning School, which grew to over 54 centres and 2,500 employees, becoming one of Australia’s largest privately-owned childcare groups before being sold to US-based Bain Capital in 2018 and Busy Bees in 2020.

Alexandra also founded BondiBoost, a cult-favourite Australian haircare brand known for its high-performance botanical ingredients, achieving rapid international expansion and notable partnerships with retailers like Boots UK, Sephora, and Ulta. In 2021, BondiBoost was acquired by Gauge Capital.

In 2025, Alexandra launched Jingle, a fintech platform transforming personal lending in Australia through smart technology and data-driven decision-making. Jingle empowers individuals with faster, more transparent, and inclusive access to finance.

She is also the Co-owner and Executive Producer of MemoryBites, a television series hosted by chef Matt Moran that explores the lives of notable Australians through the lens of food. Premiering in 2025 onSBS Food, the series has been picked up for global distribution by BBC Studios.

Since 2024, Alexandra has also led Globe Wealth, a private investment firm that backs high impact founders, and specialises in business strategy, investment management, and partnership building. While broad in scope, the firm has a particular affinity in supporting female-led ventures.

In 2007, Alexandra acquired her first childcare centre. Motivated by her experiences as a mother, she was passionate about providing children with the highest standards of care and development. She introduced strategic educational programs, a diverse range of extracurricular activities, and above-average staff-to-child ratios. Under Alexandra’s leadership, the success of this model drove the rapid expansion of Little Learning School across NSW, Canberra, and Melbourne, making it one of Australia’s largest privately owned childcare groups. By 2018, the network had grown to 54 centres with more than 2,500 employees, culminating in its sale across two transactions — first to Bain Capital Private Equity in 2018 and then to Busy Bees, a global childcare operator, in 2020.

BondiBoost was acquired by Gauge Capital through a nine-figure deal in 2021.
